Dinosaur Entertainment for Halloween

The City of Pearland asked Jurassic Extreme to join them at their Trick or Treat Trail event on Tuesday, October 31^st. This was our second year being a part of the festivities, so we were super excited to be there! Since it was officially Halloween night, we knew that there would be a full house at this event. Rocco and Remy received special name tags as their costumes when we arrived. We were treated like VIP’s from the moment we showed up due to being special guests for the event sponsor Westside Veterinary Hospital. Kids from the entire community came trickling in as superheroes, dinosaurs, ninjas, princesses, and even Chucky. As Rocco and Remy walked around the Halloween celebration you could hear oohs and ahs from every direction. There wasn’t a shortage of children standing by waiting to get a picture. In fact, even H-E-Buddy and Halloween Dog wanted a photo with our walking dinosaurs. The only tough moment we had was having to take a break from the kids to restock candy for the trick or treaters. But we made sure not to take too long because our T-Rex and Spinosauraus had a fan club waiting patiently for their return. Once we were back on the grounds, you could see the mania from a distance approaching us to get the nearest spot to be close to Rocco and Remy. When the attention wasn’t enough our dinosaurs began to make their way towards the kids, grabbing their Halloween Bags, Masks, and strollers just to be the center of attention. As the end was near, sad faces filled the parking lot because no one was ready to say goodbye. The best complement Jurassic Extreme received was from the event coordinator whom told us our dinosaurs were a hit. Until Next year Pearland! Thank you for having us!

Walking Dinosaurs for Schools

We were invited to celebrate Energized for Excellence Academy’s Fall Festival on Friday, October 27^th. It was a full force Jurassic Extreme takeover as we brought in our dinosaur entourage which included Rocco, Remy, Razor, and Riley. The Early Development campus kids were wowed as our gigantic walking dinosaurs walked amongst them, so we made sure they understood our creatures were friendly and were there to have fun. They became truly intrigued after seeing them dancing and tickling the kids.

Our second segment of the event was a surprise as we paid a visit to the elementary through middle school campus where they had an amusement park set up for all. The dinosaurs were right at home since it felt like we were back in Jurassic World. It was clearly an unforgettable moment for everyone. When the walking dinosaurs approached the gates, you could see the looks on their faces were filled with shock and wonder. Kids of all ages scrambled over while others raced to make sure they were front and center to our dinosaurs. No one was afraid, but rather fascinated that we had come to their school event. Due to the event being held in such a large area, we had plenty of ground to cover. As we passed the DJ, the dinosaurs heard “Despacito” playing and decided to show off their moves with the middle school kids. They rocked the dance floor! What was the best part of the event? Well, if you ask Remy it was all the attention and hugs. Rocco said the Dinosaur fight since he won. The dance off was the best for Razor since he triumphed while Riley loved having all the kids wanting to take pictures with her nonstop. It was almost a red-carpet event for Jurassic Extreme’s Dinosaur Entertainment! We can’t wait to be there again next year!

Jurassic Extreme had a Spooktacular time at Sugarland’s Halloween Town this year. Although we’ve participated in four Sugar Land events in the past, we can never seem to get enough. This Halloween season, we brought walking dinosaurs Rocco and Razor to visit all the ghosts, goblins, sorcerers, ninjas, and other special characters. From the moment we took our dinosaurs out of the trailer, all eyes were on us! Our first route was to the center of the square where all the activities were under way. The kids were lined up for the costume contests while some parents had to pull others to the stage since they were so distracted by our surprise guests. We then made our way towards the street so kids that just arrived would be able to see Rocco and Razor as well. And boy was that chaotic! It soon became a fan frenzy for everyone trying to get a picture, pet the dinosaurs or even grab the tail to know what they felt like. We decided to continue our pathway down the street through the hotel, restaurant, and bar venues, where the adult patrons met us eager to take selfies and videos. There wasn’t a person or child in sight that wasn’t captivated by our T-Rex and Velociraptor. Soon after the crowd became as overwhelming as Paparazzi chasing a celebrity down the street. What can we say? That’s the effect Jurassic Extreme and our walking dinosaurs for Halloween have on people! Kids love it, they mesmerize adults as it becomes a moment frozen in time for all. We even had a few of our birthday kids come to the event just to say hello to their memorable friends! The events at Sugar Land Town Square are always a blast, however we were so proud to be a part of the Halloween treat this year! Check out the cool photos below by Forse Media!
